Face reading is above all an ancient art of evaluating the character of a person based on his or her facial features. Face reading is also known as physiognomy, which means that it has a psychological sense for any facial characteristic such as narrow eyes, wide nose, long chin, thick eyebrows etc. Similarly, the Merriam-Webster dictionary also describes physiognomy or faces reading as the art of finding disposition and character from the external appearance, and also the facial characteristics retained by their arrangement or expression to display qualities of mind or character. Face reading is therefore also an important skill which is taught to people employed in the field of personality development and management.
